Important Information
Fuel Policy
You receive the car with a full tank and return it full (full-to-full). Any missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a refueling service fee.
Deposit / Pre-authorization
Many cars require no deposit. Where a deposit applies, it is taken at pickup based on the car class and returned after a clean return. No-deposit pickup applies to selected cars for rentals with a passport and a foreign driving license.
Driver Age & License
Economy and compact cars require the driver to be at least 21 and to have held a Class B license for at least 1 year. Upper segments typically require 25 and 2–3 years; luxury cars 28–30 and 5 years.
Required Documents
A valid driving license (a foreign license for international guests) and an ID/passport are required. You can pay by cash or card; a credit card is not mandatory.
Insurance Excess & Fiyu Koruma
The rate includes compulsory traffic insurance and CDW, but in a damage event you remain liable up to the excess. Adding Fiyu Koruma reduces this excess to zero — covering glass, headlights, tires and mirrors — so you pay nothing for damage when you follow the terms.
Mileage
This car comes with unlimited mileage.
Additional & Young Driver
Every extra driver must be added to the contract with a valid license (small fee). Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a daily young driver fee.
Fines, Tolls & Crossings
Traffic fines, HGS/OGS motorway and bridge tolls, and parking violations during the rental are the driver’s responsibility and may be charged to your credit card with a processing fee.
Cross-border Travel
Taking the car abroad is only allowed with prior written authorization and valid Green Card insurance; it is usually not permitted on economy cars.
